Wicklow Primary Healthcare Centre
Project Description
Wicklow Primary Healthcare Centre is one of the largest centres in the country, of approximately 55,000 square feet. Phase 1 opened at the start of 2015, and includes HSE Primary Care Services, Caredoc, HSE Mental Health Services, three GP practices and a Pharmacy.
Phase 2 opened in Autumn 2015, and includes HSE Ambulance Service, Tusla, Physiotherapist, Café and other healthcare services.
Feasible’s role included sourcing of and reaching agreement with GP’s, liaising with and negotiating with HSE, the procurement of the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for managing cost and quality control.
