Project Description

Construction work on Mullingar Primary Care Centre started in July 2015 and phase 1 was completed in Q3 2016.

A new build, it is one of the largest Primary Care Centres in the Country comprising 5,000 square meters and approx. 120 car spaces.

Occupants include The HSE, Tusla (The Child Protection Agency), two local GP practices, a pharmacy, a Diagnostic Centre and a coffee dock.

In addition to its standard Primary Care Centre services of Community Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Homecare Assistance, The HSE also provide a Mental Health Clinic and Day Hospital, a Dental Unit and a Registration service.

Feasible’s role included the provision of services to acquire the site, the procurement of the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for project management, managing cost and quality control. Feasible also identified and secured agreements with two local GP practices to relocate to the Centre.

The principals of Feasible are also the Promotors of the Centre.
