Pat Nolan
B.Sc (Surv), Dip. Env. Econ, Dip Bus Strategy
Pat has over 25 years of experience in the property industry. He spent 15 years in the largest surveying and auctioneering firm in Ireland where he was a director, member of the executive and head of development land division.
Wishing to become more hands-on in development, Pat joined one of the most prolific development companies in Ireland and was involved in assembling development opportunities with a combined value in excess of €600m.
In 2009, Pat established Feasible with Michael White and targeted the healthcare sector, specifically the Primary Care Centre and Nursing home development areas. He has advised and represented a broad range of clients including PLCs, The British Government, NAMA, The Office of Public Works, Receivers and valued private clients.
Other interests include ownership of Dublin Spine and Sports Physiotherapy Clinic and co-ownership of The Meath Primary Care Centre. Currently, Feasible are providing project management and advisory services for special (development) purpose vehicles established by Pat and Michael.
Michael White
B.Eng. (Hons), Dip.Proj.Man., MBA, C.Eng., MIEI, MIPM
Michael has in excess of 20 years’ experience in the construction sector, across a broad range of sectors.
Prior to establishing Feasible with Pat in 2009, Michael worked for a large multi-discipline engineering company and also worked for a multi-national project management company, heading up their Irish office.
Michael has worked extensively on developing new business and building client relationships, in addition to being actively involved on many projects.
Currently, Feasible are providing project management and advisory services for special (development) purpose vehicles established by Pat and Michael, in addition to other clients.
Sean McFadden
B.Eng, MBA, Dip. Facilities Management
Sean has in excess of 15 years’ experience, across a broad range of sectors and is now leading the Facilities Management side of the business.
Prior to joining Feasible, Sean worked in Corporate Finance for PricewaterhouseCoopers and also managed his own business for a number of years.
